Terms of Service
Effective
These terms govern your use of UltraShot.io, a service operated by Elliot Jackson. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility
If you are not old enough to agree to these terms yourself, a parent or guardian must agree for you. If you use UltraShot.io for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for it.
Accounts
You may use parts of the service as a guest. An account is required to save a project online. You must provide an email address you are entitled to use and keep access to your sign-in codes secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
Your content
You keep ownership of the images, text, project data, and other content you provide. You give us a non-exclusive licence to host, store, copy, process, and render that content only as needed to operate UltraShot.io and provide the features you ask us to provide. This licence lasts only while those purposes require it.
You are responsible for your content and must have the rights needed to use it. Keep your own copies of important content and exports.
Acceptable use
You must not use UltraShot.io to:
- break the law or infringe another person's rights;
- upload malicious code or content designed to harm others;
- access another person's account, projects, or data without permission;
- probe, disrupt, overload, or bypass the service's security or limits; or
- misrepresent your identity or your authority to use content.
The service and our rights
UltraShot.io is currently free to use. There are no subscription or billing terms at this time. The service, its software, design, and branding belong to us or our licensors. These terms let you use the service but do not transfer those rights to you.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time, delete your projects, and contact [email protected] to close your account. We may suspend or end access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or others, investigate misuse, comply with law, or respond to a serious or repeated breach of these terms. Where practical, we will give notice and a chance to correct the issue.
Availability and changes to the service
UltraShot.io is provided on an as-available basis. We do not promise that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. We may change, limit, or stop features. We will take reasonable care when operating the service, but you should keep copies of content you cannot afford to lose.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or rights and remedies available to consumers under applicable law.
We are responsible for loss that is a foreseeable result of our failure to use reasonable care or our breach of these terms. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control, or for business losses suffered by a person using the service as a consumer.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the service or law changes. We will post the revised terms here and change the effective date. If a change materially affects your rights, we will take reasonable steps to provide additional notice. Continued use after the new terms take effect means you accept them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. Any mandatory rights you have under the law where you live remain unaffected.
